The accomodation, the central location, the nice decoration

There is no sink, water point on the ground level.

Very clean and cosy. Interesting concept using tents for privacy. Large duplex with enough room and beds for 8 pax. Fantastic location and view of the river. Responsive owner.

Noise from the bars below and nearby till past midnight. The front entrance combination lock is difficult to open and lock. No place to store luggage before and after checkout.

Overall quite good especially the location.

The toilet and sink are located upstairs, which is a little inconvenient.

Once u enter the room, floor is dusty. Wall of the room full with spora moldy

Spent a night here with 2 friends. The apartment has 2 floors above a cafe an shop right on the water. On the 1st floor is a large living space an a swing bed with windows onto the water. On the upper level there is another swing bed and 3 tents each with a double mattress. 2 small bathrooms completes the space. So it can potentially sleep 8. The decor was crisp modern an minimalist, simply loved it , especially the tents. On the plus side the location is unbeatable, loved watching the river and people passing by.... The interior is very clean and comfortable.

However there is no soundproofing so you hear the restaurant staff below shouting orders in the kitchen an all the outside noise (especially the loud music blasting from the bar below from opening in the day till almost midnight) which is okay if u want to party till late, but not if you are looking to rest during the day or sleep early. There is no kitchen. Only kettle, glasses, plates, bowls and utensils. No washing availablr at living room level. You need to carry everything to upper floor where bathrooms are, and wash in the very small basin.
