Sea View Penthouse Marina Apartment

The apartment was excellent. Very secure with code to access the main door and keypad to get into the Apartment.The views were amazing across the Channel. Watching the shipping going in and out was great. Apartment very clean, comfy bed and seating Plenty of kitchen equipment for cooking etc. We had rain mist days but didn't bother us. We used the Bristol Portway Park and Ride about 15 mins away with plenty of parking but make sure to use the parking area towards the train station where there's steps to go up to the bus stop, over the road.(The bus doesn't go into the P&R area) the bus takes 25 mins into Bristol Centre. We visited the Museums, Cathedral, SS Gt Britain, M Shed on 2 days.. also went to Glastonbury, Shepton Mallet, East Lambrook Nearby National Trust properties within easy drives. The walk along the pathway at the back of the apartment is lovely with cafes and a Coop Store within 15 min stroll. We would recommend the apartment to fairly fit people in view of the 6 flights of 9 stairs (54 steps in all) especially if taking a lot of luggage or shopping. There's no lift. We are aged 65 and 75 and fairly fit. Overall we had a great stay even with the inclement weather Thank you.

Beautiful apartment, very clean and tidy. Very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Free Wifi and allocated parking. Beautiful views. My 2nd stay and I look forward to returning again.

No lift! And no instructions! Bin had two sections, so assumed one was for recyclables, but where would they go?

The location was perfect with beautiful views and easy access to the coast path for walks. There are excellent amenities nearby, and the regular bus link into Bristol was a bonus. Parking near the apartment was easy, and it is in a quiet location. There was good communication from the owners and easy to follow instructions for parking and access to the apartment.

A small welcome pack of tea, coffee, and milk would have been appreciated. There were some leftover bits, possibly from previous guests, but that was all.

Unfortunately the mattress was too soft ,and my husband had to sleep on sofa
