No elevator

A very nice apartment, with a wonderful sea view. Well equipped and very clean.

We had problems finding the building, the numbers in the road went up to just below this one, then no more. Our satnav and phones said it was further back along the road, which is where the marked parking space was (although apparently the apartment parking had a different number!). The place turned out to be in an unmarked building beyond the end of the numbered houses. Spending 20 minutes looking for the apartment wasn't what we needed at the end of a long journey!

The shower was dangerous no hand rail to hang on to very slippery. Couldn’t open verandah door.

The view and the boats were amazing and unexpected. We really enjoyed warm weather for the entire 10 days!

We didnt know there is no elevator. My mom is 77 but did manage the stairs. We were fitter after the stay😁 I will definately stay there again though! A blind would be nice in the lounge window. Sun streams in there after 5am in the morning.

Location was perfect.

No instructions for heating/TV. No suggestions for places to visit/places to eat.

Location ,for sure ,facing the estuary and at the back of the the marina. Not far from awesome bakery. Belgian beers on the doorstep.What more to ask? Top floor apartment(3rd floor) is of a decent standard but unfortunately too many things didn't go according to plan for us to put a higher rating. Kitchen is well equipped though. Easy check in and easy parking.

We stayed 2 nights. First night ,we would have appreciated had the apartment been just a bit warmer. but not a big deal , we used a plaid to keep us warm . No instructions were available to switch heating on and we didn't want to disturb the owner. The second night, the dog in the flat below us didn't stop yapping when we gone to bed. By 1am ,I knocked forcefully on their door. The neighbours did not answer but at least they took the dog in their bedroom and silence prevailed again. Would have been ok if we had been able to enjoy a warm shower in the morning ,unfortunately the water was barely lukewarm. If we want to be exhaustive , the shower screen was leaking , the fixing for the shower head didn't hold in position , and the mattress was too soft for our liking. Few niggles that one can take in its stride but not at that price....
