Staff Cleanliness

There’s a long list of: It’s not a heritage property to begin with It’s very noisy ; u can literally hear what’s happening in the next room There’s no continuous hot water for which we had to repeatedly ask the staff ( who did actually everything in their capacity to help us but the fault was technical and kept on recurring) The food is ok ok , would not say that it’s bad but it’s not great either And above all it’s the first Taj property which is not actually a heritage property but posing to be one . It just has a cosmetic appearance of a heritage property but nothing more Would never want to stay here

Absolutely exceptional service - every single person there from the manager to the waiters went out of their way to make our trip great. Really outstanding. They also had a complimentary premium darshan service which made it so convenient to visit the famous Brahma temple Great food - had dinner and breakfast and both were great! Fantastic location - it's surrounded by hills and greenery on all sides and just 20 minutes from the temple

The Mughal styling is a bit over the top so while the rooms are large and clean, they felt a bit old

The best thing about this hotel is the staff who happens to be very courteous and willing to pamper guests. This applies to top to bottom :-)
