Location , tea in the morning was fantastic, best tea in Indu’s, gentleman serving was extremely attentive

Zero customer liaison skills from staff apart from the one serving tea at breakfast.

"Pratap Mahal is really MAHAL...."

I was booked a delux room by booking.com and I choose sweet room while I reached at Pratap Mahal. And paid same price for that room. They were not possible to reduce charges in their system as per changed room. So improve it online booking rules on booking.com by ur organization. Anyways, there are no any big issue. We really very very enjoyed there. No words for Pratap Mahal. Amazing place, cleaning, swimming pool, park area, breakfast. Everything was fantastic. You have to improve entertainment, like music of live traditional show & reduce the spa charges.
