The proximity to the ocean. That is all.

I did not enjoy the property at all. Many, many things didn’t work and it was not worth the money at all.

It was clean.needs a bit of touch ups there and there

It was really cold and had no extra blankets.we did request for blankets which never came.were there in winter mind you it’s a beach front.we never had anyone coming to check on our needs until we left,stayed for 3 nights 🥺

We did not stay there as we have photos on how dirty and broken the thins is at that place i have numerous times mail and said we want our money back and no one came back to me
