3 Bedroom Tranquil Tides Retreat

We struggled to get the code pad unlocked stood in the rain for 30min after we called the number and was told they would call back in 5min. Never received a call nor did anyone come and check. We eventually got the padlock unlocked. Insufficient parking. There was ants everywhere even in bathrooms. The blinds are half broken. Carpets had are stains. The tub jet doesn't work anymore. There is no cover on the veranda. The TV more like a pc monitor just stopped working sat morning. The only bonus was the wifi so because there is no signal at resort either. The flat we got was not the flat I viewed and booked either very disappointing.

The apartment itself is beautiful & spacious and the location in front of the beach is amazing!

The cleaning fee (R1500) was greater than the total cost of 3 people staying in the apartment for just one night (R1300). The cleaning fee was hidden until after i secured the "Non-refundable" booking. I feel cheated. Coffee plunger did not work.

The property was very damp, the bed of one of the rooms was very uncomfortable, our clothes got wet. the roof was leaking. The milk in the fridge was sour. The wifi didnt work. We had to phone twice to get it to work. We struggled to book in. Nobody knew about the reervation. Only received key code an hour before booking in. We requested to stay untill 14h when we made the booking. Cleaner arrived at 11h and started cleaning while we were getting dressed and packing to leave. It was not pleasant.
