Gardenview Estate Bed and Breakfast

Cleanliness was perfect! Rooms are beautiful and window views great!

The beds could use a topper or some sort of upgrade, they are a bit lumpy/hard and broken in, even a memory foam topper and upgraded linens would bring so much luxury to the B&B. Otherwise the floors, bathroom, carpets and space is wonderful. We are not vegan so other options or having the offer to skip the vegan food would feel less awkward to decline. The sun comes through the shades behind the bed in one room and is lands right on your face at sunrise, my friend had that room and was grumpy waking like that. All the shades for all windows are good and effective besides that.

The historic tour was very interesting and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I was very pleased with the extra effort the hostess made to serve me a gluten free breakfast that arrived at my door hot and promptly at 8:00 in the morning. She was very accommodating on my day of departure to bring breakfast a little early so I could get back to Spokane on time for my flight home.

The weather was hot and the bed only had a very heavy comforter on the bed. I asked and received a light blanket on the second day which made it easier to sleep. The garbage in the room was not picked up for the four nights I spent there or clean towels brought to the room. I thought this was a little odd.

Beautiful grounds. After a long ride it was great to be able to wander the large area around the house. A free tour and history of the grounds is offered. It was very interesting.

Tour of premises and history were excellent. Front patio very nice. Some comfy loungers to read would be a nice addition.

Breakfast of ground hash on biscuits was good, but would have appreciated some fruit and yogurt as a healthy option as well. Every room should have a fan option.

A very impressive place . Historic with loads of ambiance . Worth a few days of visit .Jenelle was a great hostess .

Janelle is a warm host. The house and grounds are historically interesting and beautiful. The room was comfy.

The shower was inadequate. Am sure they will address that
