Clean and very well presented

Couldn’t find the bins outside the room

Ideal location and near public transport links. Very well presented apartment, and felt very safe.. Very comfortable main bedroom and lounge. We felt very lucky to get it at short notice.

Couldn't find a plug for the kitchen sink so couldn't wash up the few items we used very easily. (Not worth running the dishwasher.) But that's a tiny detail!

The property was lovely, well decorated and spacious. Staff amazing.

Tv did not work.

We liked the comfort and tranquility.

Wasn’t able to check in on time, was offered a late check out but wasn’t informed of the late check out time until after i had actually checked out. Linen on the beds was very damp so we had to remove it as one guest was asthmatic

The location and the fact that the property seemed well looked after.

Bookings.com thought that my children could share a single bed. As the manager/owner of the property said, it really is for 3 people not four, we did cope by pulling the pull out bed out in the single room, which worked fine. But if bookings.com allows you to book 2 adults 2 children then inform the owner.
