"Cleanliness is very bad"

Owner is very responsive. Process of Check in and out is smooth. Location is near klebang

Cleanliness is very bad 1. There’s a lot of cockroaches coming out especially from the sofa bed. (Killed 10++ cockroaches 🤮)We have no choice to all sleep in the room. 2. One of the bedstead is broken, we no dare to have two person to sleep together on the queen size bed. 3. The cooking pot has a lot of poop inside. So disgusting! (i believe is rat’s poop)🤢 4. The bed sheet is not clean as our body is itchy after one night. * based on booking.com, we rented for unit D2601 but we are given D2206 to stay, but the furniture all is same as the picture given.
