"disappointed and not satisfied. the service is bad as the owner or agent didn’t communicate to solve this issue"

nice view

The floor is sticky not well clean, pool table stick didn’t maintenance and worst of all is one of the room’s air-con isn’t working, which make my 2 nights exhausted in room and sleep at sofa.
