Valletta Waterfront Backyard Flat by Arco Collection

Everything was as shown in the pictures and exactly what we expected. There is plenty of room, the 3 bathrooms were a big advantage since we were a company of 6. It was very clean and new. The terrace/balcony was a great place to relax. The person in charge was there when we needed her for some assistance (answered our questinos immediately via what's up). The location is also ideal as it is only a few minutes walk from the old city of Valleta but in a silent cosy neighborhood.

Apartment was spacious and included a/c for every living area including bedrooms. Was great to have 3 bathrooms so the apartment was perfect for 3 couples. A brief walk to the attractions of Valletta.

Very clean.

No hot water in the kitchen for the whole week we were there, it had been turned off awaiting repair, but we were not told until we enquired. Dishwasher did not sit correctly in it’s cupboard therefore it did not function properly. Kitchen is not well enough equipped to cook main meals.

The location of the apartment is perfect. It is at max 10 minutes walking from everything we wanted to reach - the old town and the fortress, the ferry to Sliema, the Waterfront with many restaurants, etc. There is also a grocery nearby. It has a fully equipped kitchen and even an espresso machine with capsules (Dolce Gusto). In one of the bathrooms there is a laundry machine. Generally, the owners had provided everything we possible needed for a our brake. There is also an outside part, something like a terrace, which was a nice place to have our morning coffee. Everything was clean and tidy. The communication with the owners was quick and easy.

The location was really good and the apartment was as comfortable as home.

Location: very convenient, very close to several bus stops, you can easily travel around the island. Walking distance to Valetta, quiet area and plenty of places to have breakfast. Super nice, helpful and communicative owners, every question was answered. The apartment itself was really large (6 adults), 3 large bedrooms with bathrooms, and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Lovely patio. Apartament was clean, AC worked well. There is some construcion next to the building but we weren't disturb by it. Overall - I recommend that place. I would stay there again.

The apartment is clean, spacious, well equipped and in a good location for Valletta Waterfront and city centre. Communication with the owners was good and they quickly sorted out a problem with the air conditioning. It is helpful that there was a handy man on site to sort out any issues quickly. The courtyard garden is a bonus but you have to clean it each time you want to use it due to dust from building works and pigeon mess.

It would have been helpful to have the lock box code the day before we travelled as it was sent whilst we were travelling and so we were unable to pick up the message which delayed entry to the property. We were not advised about the building renovation going on immediately behind the property. Work began at 0730 and there was constant drilling and hammering. We were looking directly onto a building site from the main bedroom and you could not open the windows due to the constant dust…photos are the view from the main bedroom window.

Looks exactly like the picture does, very clean, great facilities including washing machine and espresso machine etc! Great location. Quick reply time too. Highly recommend :)

Location was very good, place itself, room, communication with the owner.

Everything was like we expected, only there was an unpleasant smell on the therase so we did not spend much time there, but this did not ruin our stay in this place.

Good location, a stylish and modern, well equipped, clean and comfortable apartment in a traditional building.

Nothing to complain about at all. The hairdryer wasn’t working and a new one was brought round straightaway.
