The staff barely spoke to us, no breakfast, loud from road traffic.

breakfast without waiting bed made creaking noise thought it was falling down light bulb in lamp kept flickering

The A/C vents had mold in them and you could smell the due from the AC

Bed frame was broken so very uncomfortable.but was one night so beat one way

We got to our room and the ac was off. I think if there is a reservation get the room ready to be used. We pulled the bedding because the pillows were noticeably yellow and off colored and out comes a silverfish bug and there was food crumbs and the sheets were stained. The bed frame was burnt. We go down and let her know the conditions and she kindly moves us to a different room. However we get there and immediately go to turn the ac on when it wouldn’t turn on the front of the ac unit fell off.. We then decided to leave even with a non refundable reservation which shouldn’t be the protocol once you’ve checked in.. basically trying to force people to stay because they paid you and don’t know the conditions of your hotel. Lesson learned we will no longer be booking hotels before visiting. Awful experience and put a wrench in our anniversary weekend having to leave and go pay for another hotel that was $20 more and way better.
