Compass by Margaritaville Hotel Pigeon Forge

The property was exceptionally well-maintained and spotless. We had a restful night’s sleep and the room was pleasantly warm.

Breakfast could have been a bit better.

Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were large and daily housekeeping was great. I loved the in room bottles of water and also the filtered water available in the ice room. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great pool area also.

Breakfast - Needs to restock items quicker and maybe have a larger area so that people had the ability to make their plates at different stations instead of cramping in a tight space. If not take breakfast off the package and allow people to order from the restaurant instead.

The property was clean, bright, and welcoming. The staff at the front desk greeted us each time we walked and or out!

The only thing I wish was better were the pillows. The beds and bedding were comfy but the pillows did not offer any support at all.
