Compass by Margaritaville Hotel Pigeon Forge

The lazy river and infinity pool were perfectly relaxing. Breakfast was great and staff were very friendly. Balcony views of the mountains were lovely. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable and bathroom storage snd shower was fantastic.

Drinks in the bar pool area were very expensive.

Property was nice with many amenities.

I didn’t feel the staff was very knowledgeable. On the first day our room was half cleaned. Trash emptied, some towels removed but not all and the bed was not made. I asked the front desk and was told they were short staffed.

Loved the pools, great for the kids. Hot tub was nice. On site bar and restaurant

It was very clean, beautiful decor & set up. Loved the many little nooks inside and out. I use a manual wheelchair & had no issues getting around anywhere. Lobby bathroom had true ada features as well as my room.the staff from rolling in, to the bartender and everyone where kind, friendly & just great.

I do wish they had a room with 2 beds in the mobility roll in shower bathroom. My room had 1 king bed which was good for this visit but I’d like to have another bed if I bring kiddos next time.

Loved the pool area. The kids loved both splash pad areas and the lazy river. The restaurant with grass area attached was awesome

The continental breakfasts went until 10. By 9 there were no more pastries/breads and the staff said there was no more coming out. By 9:30 they were mostly out of juice and cereal. Every staff member I spoke to responded with short, unhelpful answers.
