Great communication with staff. We were a little dubious about the holding fee, but the air serviced thing worked. The fridge is big enough for a small stay. The kitchen is well equipped, they even have an oven glove which some places don’t. The beds were really comfortable, and huge. It was a little warm but they had a massive fan. It felt a little too open having the windows open at night, the parking is secured with a gate but the courtyard shares back doors with other houses. The bathroom was clean and towels supplied. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

I thought the location was good, welcome bag on arrival is a nice touch, and it has all the amenities you could need. This is a great option for your stay in Cardiff.

Although car park is secured via a shutter door, there does seem to be access from neighbouring properties. The bedrooms do allow a small bit of light through the blinds from a neighbouring security light. You are also required to pay a deposit or deposit waiver fee which isn't made clear on booking.com at the point of booking.

Well organised and good communication

We had a good stay overall — the apartment's interior appeared a bit dated but was tidy and well located.

Unfortunately, we weren’t able to access the secure parking that was advertised, which was frustrating as it had been a key factor in choosing this place. I contacted the hosts during and after our stay but received no response, which was disappointing. Communication and follow-through could be improved.

It was nice and clean. Parking was good and shopping was around us. City centre was not far, very close to the Cardiff national Museum.

Facilities, parking, location, parking was very secure, kitchen was good. Kids enjoyed very much.

The apartment was very modern and clean! The check in was easy and the owners were always available for us when we had a few minor issues with finding the place and locking the car park gate!

The location is next to a construction site… and the security light on the building behind let lights in the entire night which made our sleep uncomfortable

Lovely, well appointed apartment.

The weather was exceptionally hot and no air conditioning. Would benefit from additional fans as the bedrooms were too warm.
