Excellent communication with the host. A welcome pack with snacks and water was a really lovely gesture. The whole experience was really great. Fabulous location to attractions and halal food. I have already recommended this place.

It was a nice modern apartment, with good facilities. The security was good and the beds were comfortable. Also had good secure parking. Staff were very helpful. It was good value for money overall.

The toilet was dirty on arrival, and we had to clean it. The location was a little rough and made leaving at night a little scary. Also the hot water didn't work very well so it was hard to do the washing up. The drain on the shower didn't work very well, so the shower flooded.

Clean modern good location. Great communication with supervisor. Beat and tidy and secure parking was a bonus

Couldn’t get hot water in kitchen or bathroom basin. Shower was very low strength.
