It was very well furnished, clean and the keyless entry was fabulous as it meant there was no one that we had to go and see to collect the key!

Lack of a dishwasher - given families stay, it is important to have a dishwasher (though to be fair they did not claim they had one, but this is an improvement suggestion) - that is the only reason I have given 9 out of 10, if there were a dishwasher it would be 10/10!

Good host. Did come with a welcome pack of crisps and water in a bag with coffee pods.

The place wasn't hoovered/cleaned before hand. The carpet had people nails in and on it. Very dusty and dirty, the fridge wants used as it was dirty inside with hair, grime and muck... The walls had holes in. Having to wait hours for a new place to be booked or found and having to book he new place myself and having to pay more for it when it was an error on booking.com behalf and even after having being told by Sara that I wouldn't have to pay anything for ye new booking because it was their courtesy then having to pay was just ridiculous...
