The room was great for a family good areas for eating relaxing toilets where clean

Firstly there was no staff to check us in the owner sent us a message about how to get in and blah blah but it was ridiculous so many rules it felt more like an Airbnb then a hotel and we tried to change the dates for our room a week earlier and it wasn’t possible I find that very ridiculous considering the price point and it’s not like you would lose your deposit or half of the amount but the whole price that felt like a scam and then there was no room service and there were rules on the pool and which one u can use and the beach the main reason we choice this place was filthy not like the pictures at all and the staff weren’t even responsive
