Pattaya Holiday at Veranda Residence Pattaya

Good value for what you get. very comfortable bed. Good facilities. Nice pool.

Housekeeping only came once during our 4 day stay on our request however as this is more of an apartment than a hotel we didn’t expect the same standard of service

nothing there was no reception it was small very smelly and in clean we ended up leaving as the communication was terrible

not a nice feeling at all did not feel safe as lafies travelling together

Right next to the ocean. the swimming pools were great! wish the beach was a bit longer and walkable.

the keys pick up was complicated to say the least. there was no front desk to help us in the check in process. We had to join a Line group and then more information.

The property was lovely. There isn’t staff at all. you have to get in contact by phone. their is a security man on a disk by he just gives you a telephone number you can ring. there is a little shop at the end of the road. which sells bread and milk and snacks.

We booked for 3 adults and one child. Theirs enough space for two adults and a small child but definitely not for three adults and a 10 year old. They did offer to move us but want to charge an extra 2000 burt a night. totally unacceptable in my opinion. also been on the 27th floor is a little scary 🙈. luckily we weren’t right at the top of the building. there’s only one restaurant that you can order food also which is very limited. you also can’t use all the pools that you see I. the pictures. as some of belong to the hotel next door and you can be fined if your caught using them. the little sofa in the picture turns into a bed obviously isn’t big enough for an adult and child.

Although, we were staying at the residence side, we could still use the swimming pool on the hotel side at the back. There were two bedrooms, a small living room with kitchen, and a big dining table which is very good for a family trip.

There were a total of 6 people in our family that day and we expected to stay all together at first, but finally my brother and his girlfriend had to book a room at another hotel to stay because there was no extra mattress in the room except for a sofa.
