I can highly recommend the facility for accommodation in Cape Town CBD. Excellent location, safe parking, good value for money.

Flat is nicely decorated, has plenty of light and it is is located in the city center. There is security 24/7 and check in and out was super easy. There are several restaurants and cafes very close to the place, which is quite convenient. The kitchen has all the basics including tea and coffee, sugar, olive oil, vinegar salt and pepper.

The street is not the nicest and safest. The ventilation system or something else was producing a constant buzzing noise.

The balcony was being used by workers or maintenance, with rope all over it and a man appearing randomly on the balcony while we were sitting in the lounge. I get that maintenance needs to happen, but we should have been informed that this was going on for the whole duration of our stay.

Excellent central location; the balcony/outdoor dining was especially great with a fantastic view! Everything required was there. Place was clean and comfortable

The kitchen eeds a regular-sized frying pan. Thats the only addition required.

The location was excellent to get to main attractions in Cape Town. Views of Table Mountain were excellent.

The pool was closed for maintenance for most of our stay. Building works.

Es un alojamiento precioso y muy especial. Está equipado con todo lo necesario y más, tiene un equipo de música perfecto para ambientar el espacio mientras ves el atardecer con esas vistas. La cama es muy cómoda y las sábanas son suaves. Está todo muy limpio y ordenado. Está muy buen ubicado, el uber nos recogía en la puerta donde hay seguridad y estábamos muy cerca de todo, además tiene parking privado para dejar el coche. Nos quedamos con ganas de pasar más tiempo allí, si volvemos a Cape Town nos alojaremos allí sin duda.

Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist gut und die Aussicht von der Terrasse sehr schön. Das Appartement ist wie beschrieben ausgestattet.

Das WLAN ist zum streamen zu schwach und die Toilettentür lässt sich nicht schließen; der Safe war defekt. In nächster Umgebung befinden sich mehrere Großbaustellen, die Lärmbelästigung war sehr störend. Während unserer Anmietung wurde auch das Haus selbst von außen gestrichen; die Farbdämpfe waren so aggressiv, dass wir die Terrasse nicht nutzen konnten und die Fenster geschlossen halten mussten. Auf der Terrasse hat man keine Privatsphäre; die Nachbarn sind nur durch eine nicht blickdichte Trennwand getrennt; über der Terrasse sind 4 Balkone die direkt auf die Terrasse blicken. Der Mieter hat die Punkte zuvor nicht transparent gemacht und wollte uns stattdessen für 1 Std späteren check out 85€ berechnen.
