GBNever seen anything so dirty and smelly I haven’t even gone in the bathroom we laying on our swimming towels on top the bed its vile soon as I can get out of her Iam it’s 3am and 8 o’clock can’t come quick enough

Everything else, if you are looking somewhere to stay which is basically a garage with a window and 3 beds and share toilet with another room whilst the room sinks of weed and the person who shows you where your going to look high on drugs then this is your place, other than the parking I wouldn’t bother. There was nothing at all about this guest house I would say was nice, it was dirty and noisy at night if we got there earlier we would have found else where to stay.

Convenient for what we needed but very old building and noisy neighbours. The bathroom was not great could not even shower.

Sharing bathroom, we had young girls up n down walking about in just jumpers!!! Screaming n shouting and smelt like drugs too. Was greeted at door then took to room that's it. It was just like a hostel won't be using again
GBLocation - a 12 minute bus ride from Gatwick North terminal (Bus 100, from stop 9A at the time of writing). Bus stop is about 100 yards to the hotel. Bed was comfortable enough. Staff who we saw were friendly enough.
INCREDIBLY basic facilities - room was very empty apart from bed, TV (which only had internet app connection, no main TV channels), central light, and basic coffee making facilities. Likewise the shared bathroom - a toilet, sink (cold tap was virtually useless), shower, mirror. No bathmats for a floor which could get wet and very slippy. The only entrance to the hotel is a heavily pebbled driveway. This means that my main 26 kg luggage 'beached' on it (the wheels sunk into the pebbles) and we ended up having to carry it. Would be pretty impossible for a person in a wheelchair to get to the front door.
