GB1 mile from Gatwick although cab costs £19.20! Bus is easy to take to North Terminal.
Please consider cleaning the bathroom it's horrendously bad. Limescale the soiled toilet, the build up suggests it hasn't been done in years let alone the excrement around it. The black grime around the sink will wipe off, just clean it! The shower does not work. Judging by the thick fluffy mold between the tiles, this has been the case for some time too. Bedroom sheets where white and clean looking bar a few hairs but stunk of old B.O. Cups were rim down and stuck to the tray they were on. Gross but completely improvable with a little effort with some bleach. Besides that, 3 people were talking outside our room with no effort to lower their voices at 1:30am. I opened the door, as it went on for 30 minutes, they apologised and moved 3 foot away and continued for another 20 minutes. Then 2 people left and just 1 man was the talking on the phone. I opened the door and asked how long are you planning on talking out here for? He said I'm not talking!!!! Should I mention whoever was talking went outside the house to smoke which was outside our window and filled our room with smoke stench multiple times that night too. We checked the windows were closed. They were! I get it was under £50 for a night's stay. We arrived 9pm left at 5am but no matter how cheap, pure avoidable filth is not necessary. No one has cleaned that bathroom for weeks and it won't take much. I wonder if it's laziness of the dude there or he has no idea and just thinks it's acceptable for his standards. It's a shame.

Very spartan , no reception but simply a list of mobile numbers. Minimal comforts and hard to relate to 2025. More like 1975. Loads of cars parked at the back, unable to locate it with no signage or board outside.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL From check In, foul! Asked for a 05:45 taxi, never arrived. Shower was dirty and had a half used shower gel. Bedroom light bulb had no shade. For two weeks afterwards, I have been in contact, zero customer service. One of the reviews is the owner!
