GBSmell of dumpness , terrible shower, that place needs renovation.

Bed was incredibly uncomfortable, lighting in the room was poor, water pressure not good and the shower was freezing. I don’t mind a cold shower in the summer but on a cold February morning not good!

The guy that greeted us on arrival was very grumpy! When we arrived it was -3 outside and the room was cold. Shower room was freezing. The bed wasn't the most comfortable.( maybe down to personal preference)

It’s a car park No good for disabled like myself had to push past cars to get inside absolutely disgusting broken front window which has been broken a long time door to room could not lock Pop in the toilet

This place is a filthy noisy uncomfortable hole. Nothing worked including the taps. Broken cracked windows. Springs poking through matress. Excrement particles splattered around toilet not cleaned ever by the looks of it. Ants crawling around bathroom. Broken lock on door. Terrible non existent reception. Filth. A doss house. I am not exagerating.
GBGBIt was awful, I left and went and spent the night an Gatwick airport! On arrival I was confused if I had the right location, the property front garden was full of cars, I’d estimate around 30 cars, it looked like a car garage, I could not even find a clear passage to the front door, the cars were parked so close to one another, and the house was poorly lit. I called the number of the b&q to ask if I was at the right place, by describing all the cars, I was told it was and someone would be out to help me with bags. Whilst outside waiting I read the reviews and saw they were all bad experiences. I walked back to the train station at 11pm and headed straight to Gatwick as I felt safer there! I would not recommend this to anyone let along any lone traveller. My 2 friends ended up staying for 2hrs before heading to the airport, they said it was just as bad inside, dingy and horrible. There are better options out there!
