Location to airport great

Bedding dirty , shower pressure very poor, blocked toilet in first room and clearly not been cleaned at all

The attentiveness of the contact number

It was dirty, the toilet was blocked, there was no cold water, the bin was dirty, the carpets needed hoovering as there was food remnants when we arrived, the lock on the door didn't work, the bathroom was malodourous every time the toilet was flushed and the shower head was stuck in one position so it couldnt be repositioned. It was very noisy. There were cobwebs on the ceiling. The only plus side is that the fact that we had no toilet roll our room when we arrived, but this was rectified immediately

Location

Not easy to find, middle door always open, they should put more lights outside during the evenings, small toilette, not enough toilette paper, not enough electric socket for 4 people

Proximity to airport

Very basic, not even a lampshade, just a hanging bulb. Used shower gel bottle left on floor and shower not clean unfortunately so didn't use it.

The distance to the Gatwick Airport and bus stop is great.

It was very poorly kept and loud. Smelled pretty interesting from the front to our room. Even for the price I think they can do better esp with the location. We wanted to vacate as soon as possible e entered but only stayed because of the luggage that was too heavy.

There was no breakfast

The TV remote could have at least worked, and there's no kitchen, or hangers.
