All rubbish, dirty no hot water

MYLocation near to Gatwick Airport. The staff gave us ground floor rooms when he saw us with a lot of luggage, which was nice. The room was big and spacious and heaters were also provided.
No paved path to the front door, its pebbles all the way, so very difficult to drag our luggages in, Luckily the staff was on standby to help drag one of our heavier luggages. The bathroom was too small, sink was tiny and placed on top of the toilet, so hardly usable due to the placement.

The pillows were, uncomfortable, too flat. The shower entrance too small, and the drains got blocked after one person showered.
USGBNothing good about this place - should be condemned and licensed removed for letting
Everything- very mouldy, damp, cold, disgusting, noisy- even WiFi and tv didn’t work. Staff unhelpful and location horrible. Never slept a wink- was scared that I would have passport etc stolen. Locks didn’t work and very dirty bathroom shared.
