Heater wasn’t working

Bedding was not clean, heater was off. Renter told he will turn on heater and it will be warm. I thought I can take shower in the morning. When I wake up heater was off room temperature the same like in the evening. Like outside. Not warmer
GBNo heating when I arrived had to complain to booking.com for them to turn heating on then after two hours heating was turned off nearly froze in there never visiting there again

ESit was rhe worst experience in my life, it was very cold, the heating was not working, they fooled us, it was dirty, the person in charge was rude and didnt provide us with different sheets or more pillows saying they didnt have. we didnt sleep in the entire night, we had to be standing next to a small and dirty heater they provided us after a long argument.
everything was just disgusting, misbehaviour, cold and humidity, terrible place to stay. we didnt even shower and look hoy the mirror and windows were wet! it was freezing cold and the shets and pillows were humid and cold.
