while I was in the room, a boy from the concierge burst in, opening the door without asking permission and scared me. 😔

GBNothing it was disgusting as could not even access the key pad with pin they sent me and therefore had to stay in dirty cold room which was not really fit for purpose as had already paid and contacted all the available numbers for support to resolve the immediate issue and no one answered calls or returned a call to help. I was disgusted
Everything was wrong
TWself check in but turn out a guy from nowhere come to give me the key. Feel very unsafe then. the toilet never clean, even no table on the room.
