Bristol self-catering studio+kitchen+parking

The property had all the facilities listed on the site, kitchen, washer, parking. Location was great for access to the main roads, to go out for dinner or collect supplies . Hosts were super friendly and helpful when we spoke to them. Bathroom was clean and modern with great water pressure. Property info guide was helpful just needs a refresh.

The property could do with a refresh and a declutter of unnecessary furniture, pots n pans. Unfortunately the extremely narrow driveway needs a prune back as we had to explain the scratches to our small hire cars door panels, thankfully they buffed out.

The hosts were friendly,helpful and very quick to respond to any messages. Shower excellent,Microwave great,Bed was very comfortable and a fabulous size having the two singles together. There was a good temperature overall in the property. Was also very peaceful and location not too bad to get to the city.

Just a few constructive ideas. The mini fridge was really too low on the floor especially with chronic pain issues, it would have been much better if put up on a surface for anyone really. The furniture, furnishings and curtains( which are not the right length for the windows especially over the bed), are all too dark as with such nice windows it would be much better with some bright blinds etc to enhance them as some of the pictures showed. I think a little bit of tlc overall would be welcome to also brighten it up. Just a bit of paint on the rail in bathroom to cover the spots, round the door frame etc. Also the parking space allocated in front of the garage is very tight to get in/out of if you have a bigger car as it’s also down a narrow lane. From the pictures we thought parking was directly outside the main window within the railings.

Everything we needed close to where we needed to be. Host couldn't help enough and make sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

Nice and peaceful bed was really comfortable all amenities available communication with owners was excellent

Internet went off on second night just saying as we didnt contact owners as we were going to bed but feel they need to know incase its a problem for them

The heating controls were not at all easy to work or understand

Property was really good in the main - nice and warm. My only issue was that the heating was preprogrammed and came on through the night - coupled with the fact that the windows were locked shut meant that it was too hot and stuffy for me to get a good nights sleep. I tend to run hot at night but I woke up sweating more than once. I did try and turn the heating down before bed but the preprogrammed schedule overrode this.

Beds were super comfy. Shower was amazing. And the apartment was warm & cosy. Location was great! And good communication with hosts.

Curtains and poles could do with updating & the WiFi was a bit glitchy, but simple enough fixes.

Me and my mates was quite surprised how cozy the place was and alot better than what we thought and we met the hosts as soon as we got there and they were extremely friendly and helpful as we weren't from the area. Beds were comfy and the facilities as a whole was great. Would highly recommend.
