"Annex tucked away from main road out of Bristol."

Very quiet, lovely views, friendly hosts - a comfortable bed (very firm mattresses). Near to bus routes into Bristol City centre & Temple Meads railway station, & out to the beautiful Cathedral 'City' of Wells. Good strong shower in newly refurbished bathroom. Large cooker, coffee machine, lots of pots & pans etc, good WiFi, TV. Fans. Cot. Loads of spare pillows. Quite reasonable for Bristol accommodation. Charger for electric vehicle (not tried by us).

Tho' clean inside, the outside needs a tidy up.. & inside could really do with a refresh (eg touch up chipped paint, mend broken blind, oil squeaky hinges). Fridge quite small. Sofa bed & chairs uncomfortable. Linen, towels, curtains & furniture are all dark/brown, which makes it gloomy, a pity as it’s spacious & would be bright having plenty of windows.

Nice and quiet and very clean. Jaya and Stuart were very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. That you for allowing us to stay, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Parking was a bit tight but we had a large car and got used to it.
