Location, and parking option

A dreamy accommodation at a very reasonable price, situated very close to the city center. We particularly enjoyed drinking our morning coffee (gracefully provided by the hosts) in the lovely garden where the wisteria was in full bloom.

It can get quite cold inside, despite the warm weather, so make sure that you pack warmer pajamas and house slippers.

In modo costruttivo, penso che occorrerebbe più attenzione alle "piccole cose". Con poche decine di euro di spesa si può migliorare molto. Esempi: nel bagno piccolo mancano una presa per il phon (tipo Siemens) e un porta-carta igienica (il rotolo è infilato nel braccetto del porta-asciugamani...); farebbero comodo un mobiletto o una mensola per appoggiare i prodotti per la toeletta personale; in entrambi i bagni mancano ganci per gli accapatoi/asciugamani. Sarebbe auspicabile una dotazione più ricca di pentole, stoviglie e utensili da cucina; sempre in cucina, ci sono decine di pensili e sportelli vuoti, mentre inspiegabilmente le poche spezie e condimenti a disposizione sono custodite nel vano della caldaia, insieme a un insetticida... Curiosamente, sentivamo il trillo del campanello quando qualcuno suonava all'appartamento a fianco, perché la campana era nel nostro, e finché non lo abbiamo capito, pensavamo di avere visite...

We stayed in these apartments for two weeks. There is a problem in the bathroom — when you take a shower, the water just flows out onto the tiles There is also a problem with the internet. It works inconsistently, and during our entire stay we only had a couple of days with a stable connection.

The apartment is located in an historic but well kept palazzo at ground floor level on the main road. The location is 'Santo Stefano area' offering walking distance to main attractions and is served by bars, restaurants and pizzerias at reasonable prices, the bus is located close by and a few minutes walk will take you to all the major bus routes. All apartments have access to an internal private outdoor space leading to a green space within the palazzo. Although the entrance of the palazzo is sitiated on the main road 'Strada Maggiore' the apartments are located at the back of the building around the back yard and green space therefore shielded from noise. The green space offers peace quiet and tranquillity and is accessible from within the apartment through 2 well sized wooden glass doors which are double glazed and offer natural lighting and a sense of space. All doors can be secured with shutters the apartment door is also secure. The apartment is spacious with all amenities as described. It is is well insulated and heated by a heat pump which doubles up as cooling in summer, a good ecological solution. The bathroom is huge and offers a 2 person Bath with a functional Jacuzzi in addition to a spacious shower, and complete with sink, toilet and bidet a rare find in these days. The bathroom is nice and warm and offers various hangers to spread out your towels and clothing. The bed is large and comfortable. a parking space on premises is available and leads directly to the apartment back garden from a back road.

Hot water was not switched on when we arrived and it took us some amount of communication, with the host, however this was resolved.
