Lage war gut an der Strada Maggiore im Hinterhof. Viel Platz in der Wohnung

Sehr feucht und kalt bei Ankunft, Heizungen gingen sehr langsam an. Viele Moskitos aussen, Lüften fast nicht möglich. Bettwäsche, Handtücher haben stark nach Schimmel gerochen. Sehr dreckige Böden, Duschen beide nur mit mittelschwerer Überschwemmung zu nutzen

Updated bathrooms and kitchen. The apartment was spacious and had historic architectural features. Included secure, on site parking. The staff member who met us was very friendly and helpful. It was nice and warm (we stayed in late November). The bath towels were very large. The sleeping rooms contained the small things other properties sometimes lack, like mirrors and waste bins. The second bathroom was a big luxury.

The kitchen lacked a baking sheet for reheating items in the oven and there was no microwave. It would have been nice to have a place to hang coats by the entrance (hooks or wardrobe) and places to hang our used bath towels (like hooks or towel bars -- the one provided (free standing) was very small given the large size of the fantastic towels. There were very few available electrical outlets in the bedrooms, but again, not surprising for an historic property. These are minor issues, overall. Just small areas of possible improvement.

it had a lift and the access instructions were clear, parkign was relatively easy

very small, shower drain was blocked and flooded bathroom, heated towel rail didnt work, the local area didnt have a comfortable feel about it
