The property is centrally located and everything to see in Bologna is walking distance. Private parking was an added advantage. Alessio who did our check-in was very accommodating of our requests and very helpful. Communication with the team was smooth. Internet is also good.

May be try to get rid of the typical dust smell.

The sofa bed was really uncomfortable. we ssked for more towels even against payment but never arrived. Sofa bed area had lack of storage space. One of the shower was blocked.

Only difficult thing to figure out was waste disposal, and how to flush the toilet. Also confused about all the knobs in the shower

I reserved a single apartment and a double. The single was excellent, very big, cool and very quiet. It was not very bright, because it only had a small inner courtyard, on which all the windows opened, but that was no problem. It lacked a tablecloth of any kind and a dish towel, but again I solved this easily. Large and beautiful bathroom with mega hydromassage shower. Huge room with double bed and a sofa (maybe bed). Living area with kitchen and dining table and living room/lounge with a sofa (maybe bed).

The double room was really also a single. The small bedroom could only be accessed by going through the bigger room. It was also very hot and stuffy with no windows, so in the end we only used the one bedroom but paid for two, which made it quite expensive for a single. But the hosts were very kind and attentive. The AC was not working at first but they promptly fixed it.

A very good place to stay behind the city walls. Once you get through all the gates to the apartement it is a surprisingly calm place with an access to a garden. Powerful aircondition, spacious bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped, rather small and lacks a window, but it is good enough for a breakfast. I missed a broom :) On the last day of our stay there was no warm water in the shower - a minor disaster when it is +34°C outside.
