TownePlace Suites by Marriott Corpus Christi

The property was conveniently located. It was about 15 minutes to the beach. It was also close to major shopping centers, and restaurants.

The only issue I had with the room was the tiles in the bathroom were cracked in the floor. Some of the furniture was torn, and damaged.

We were in town for TAMUCC orientation. The room was just fine. Both elevators worked.The ice machine was working and always had plenty.

The immediate smell in the hallways and lobby area was urine. The rooms didn't smell, but the common areas did. The stairway smelled like something was burning, but it was better than the hallway urine smell. This was our 2nd stay, and it didn't smell this way back in March. So, I know how this facility can be.

Room was equipped with refrigerator, stove top. Paper towels for kitchen area and dishwasher. Room was a nice size. Beds comfortable.

They had 1 person attending Breakfast. Coffee would run low and he had to go make some more. They need more kitchen help. He bought buffet items out without help. Therefore, people had to wait for plates, coffee, food, etc. He was a very nice patient person!

La primera impresión fue que el uno de los dos elevadores estaba fuera de servicio, 2da, si quería hacer servicio al la habitación tenía que avisar temprano por que sespues de la 10:30 de la mañana ya no hacen servicios, por falta de personal, nos encontramos con 2 cucarachas durante nuestra estancia, la piscina le faltaba mantenimiento el agua estaba algo turbia y mucha arena en el fondo.
