Location.

Condition of the room, responsiveness of the staff. Having stayed at the hotel 2 times before, we figured it would be a safe bet. But the quality of our stay has declined since our last stay. We booked a king suite with a kitchenette and a sofa. We had a room with a king bed and a double bed crammed in it.

The breakfast was horrible. Not enough choices, coffee was weak and No waffles!

The room appeared very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a very nice room overall except for that mentioned below. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Had a couple roaches in the room. Some of the Dishes in the cabinet were not clean and some were wet. Guests had their dogs in the swimming pool along with food items which made it undesirable.

The location was good. The size of the room and the kitchenette were nice. They offered a daily hot breakfast with a variety of other options, i.e., cereal, oatmeal, fruit and pastries. including dairy free milk that was very much appreciated. The cook was great and very friendly he came out and spoke with us a bit.

I was charged a deposit of $96.28 that I didn't know I would be charged until the day of. It has been well over 2 weeks since check out, and I still haven't been refunded.
