The other room didn’t have towels, when we asked, we were told you charge RM20 . Even a mop , we couldn’t find one. And we were told you don’t provide. How do you provide a broom , a moping bucket yet no mop?

The room was exactly as the pictures shown. It was indeed cold, breezy and foggy. We didn't use the aircond that much. Everything was good. It is indeed a worthy stay. There's a kettle, glasses, fridge, basic toiletries, iron, hairdryer, etc. Recommend to stay here. The pool is the best part. The view was absolutely amazing given the weather. Parking is also convenient. A lot of restaurants and eateries nearby (walking distance). Although check in is 3pm, expect a long queue.

The ELEVATOR !!! OMG the worst case is the lift. My room was located on the 21st floor. We waited for almost half n hour just for the lift. At last, we had to take the stairs. Beside, there's a sewage smell in the toilet. Just a recommendation tho, it would have been better if the sink tap had hot n cold water options. It was freezing to even wash my face. Yes, pls add sockets near the bed. There were only 3 including for the kettle. Would be better if it was nearer to the bed thoo.
