They help to change the room. When I say I got very bad smoking odour. The room is extra large. With nothing but only bed n sofa

Please update the amenities in the room. There was a bundle of amenities list stick at the door. Claiming the room has all these amenities, but what I get is only. Only 5 out of 30

The location is excellent — extremely convenient for shopping, with several malls nearby. Check-in and check-out were smooth. A RM200 deposit was required at check-in, which was refunded upon checkout. The one-bedroom suite was clean, spacious, and well-suited for a short stay. Overall value for money.

The bathroom did not match the photos — instead of a glass panel shower, it had only a flimsy curtain, which wasn’t ideal. Additionally, there was no air conditioning in the unit. Relying solely on a ceiling fan, made it quite warm and uncomfortable to sleep at night.

Overall the place is very clean and spacious. The filtered water dispenser, convenience to have hot and cold water at demand.

Noise and sewage smell. As the unit faces the road, the loud exhaust of cars and bikes makes it difficult to have a good night rest. It was difficult to get to sleep and you could be suddenly woken up by another loud exhaust. The construction site in the day time was another source of noise. Sewage. There are 4 toilets in the unit. Each toilet has a terrible sewage smell that fills the room and unit almost throughout the day. Since it can be cold at night, window are shut which makes the smells even stronger. Keys. Not a deal breaker but good to have extra key and access card for everyone to move about.

The location of the property is good and check-in direction is simple. Clean room, spacious and clear - the impression when first step in.

The towels provided don't seem to be clean as it doesn't look white at all and one of it doesn't even able to absorb water. It says a king studio but is actually a combination of 2x single beds.
