There is a bad smell of mould especially in the kitchen area. The Flat need definitely fresh up, furniture and Main Bathroom

Fantastic view!!! You can sit inside and watch clouds flying over the Table Mountain! Spacious and tastefully decorated rooms! This is an excellent vacation home in Cape Town (except in windy days)! Despite the super noisy windy nights, we had a great stay!

We happened to experience a few very windy days there. At the 18th level, the howling wind and the loud noises of banning and squeaking of the building was a bit of a shock. That’s nature’s plan, though.

Der Ausblick war atemberaubend. Und man hatte sehr viel Platz in der Wohnung.

Überall war irgendwas kaputt. Wir hatten nur ein Schlüssel für 6 Personen. Das war wegen Pool Nutzung und Haus verlassen sehr sehr umständlich. Leider wurde auf unsere Bitte einen zweiten Schlüssel zu erhalten nicht reagiert. Personal im Haus war auch sehr unfreundlich.

Die Aussicht der Wohnung war spektakulär und wie auf den Fotos. Die Einrichtung war ebenfalls geschmackvoll wie auf den Fotos.

Die Schlüsselübergabe war spät abends eher abenteuerlich bei einem Garagentor, wir konnten es nicht so leicht finden. Leider war dann die Wohnung (und Bettwäsche) nicht sehr sauber. Auch hatte es auf den zweiten Blick viele Arten von Beschädigungen und Unreinheiten (z.B. Schimmel in der Dusche). Da es 2 Tage stürmte, konnten wir kaum schlafen, da die Windgeräusche ungeheuer stark und laut waren. Die Fenster sind alles andere als dicht und man hört sogar den Verkehr sehr gut. Die Tatsache, dass wir nur einen Schlüssel für 5 erwachsene Personen hatten und der Zugang kompliziert war, machte es schwierig separate Aktivitäten zu planen. Im Beschrieb steht, dass es eine Waschmaschine hat, diese haben wir aber nirgends finden können.

Las vistas son excelentes, el apartamento es muy bonito y espacioso, estás delante justo de Table Mountain, al estar en un piso 18 se ve toda la ciudad, todo el piso tiene grandes ventanas a la ciudad, fuimos en coche y tiene una plaza de parking privado en el mismo edificio.

Most incredible panoramic views of Table Mountain, the City and Ocean. Sunset and sunrise was spectacular. The space is clean, big rooms, modern and clean.

The audio entertainment system setup needs a replacement.
