Grove Farm Old Granary, 1st floor Loft Apartment, Includes Continental Breakfast

Fantastic peaceful location in the countryside. Me and my son stayed two nights whilst racing at Paul fletcher international kart circuit. Comfy 1 bed apartment with home like facilities. Very secure parking for our van and equipment. Great having the breakfast etc already in the fridge when we arrived. Highly recommended..

The hosts were very welcoming. The apartment was cosy with continental breakfast provided and thoughtful additions such as toiletries were on hand. The location was quiet with delightful views across the open countryside.

There was nothing negative about our stay.

The property was set in a rural location, nice and peaceful. It was lovely to watch the sunset of an evening and see the hares and horses around the property. The property was well equipped and furnished with some lovely touches. Definitely a place to visit if you want a relaxing stay when visiting Lincoln, which was just a short drive away.

We stayed in the Granary while visiting the nearby antique fair and found it to be absolutely perfect for the occasion. It is in a rural location which we loved, a car is a necessity but it is easily found and very quiet. Roxi equipped the fridge with provisions and left us to it.

All the extras, location, views, quiet

Stairs should be more closed in, extractor fan sucks cold air in rather than extracting.

Great little place, looks new and very nicely done, with careful attention to detail and the best use made of the small spaces. Very well equipped and comfortable. Little extras, breakfasts and supplies were little used but much appreciated, clearly very thoughtful owners. Perfect for my needs on my own.

Not too much of an issue for me, but if you are tall, you will struggle a bit in the corners and the shower.

Everything on one level. Lots of choice breakfast. Cosy and comfortable especially the bed.
