The annexe was beautiful, lovely views, very comfortable, owner really helpful. great location and great pubs nearby we liked the White Hart for dinner. really good value with a lovely breakfast and great variety. Highly recommend

A lovely, peaceful location. I loved looking out of the window to see ponies at the front - and there was a jay in the garden! The owners had thought of everything. The cupboards and fridge were well stocked for breakfast and there was a great selection of teas and coffees. In the bedroom, there was a drawer full of things you might have forgotten and another drawer containing a hairdryer and straighteners. The heating controls were great and there was plenty of hot water, with a bath and decent shower.

Be aware of the low beams. Easy to forget they're there and bang your head!

"Absolute gem of a place!"

Extremely well thought out and equipped even down to a towel, blanket and kong for the dog. The drawer of "things you might forget" is something I wish every place would do and came into its own when my husband forgot his electric shaver. The DIY breakfast was brilliant and generous. Spotlessly clean. Roxi was very helpful when we didn't have the knack of the gate padlock (normally open but we had to go out very early on the first day).

Everything with regard to the host - property - location - ease of entry into the property on arrival - parking - were all 1st class Roxy had thought of everything - breakfast was all there along with a great extra facilities like washing machine - powder - toothbrush - even deodorant!, we will be back like many others have ….. thank you Roxy !
