"Ambience of hotel is poor. All drunkards standing at entrance"

We booked the hotel and at the time of arrival they informed us that booking is cancelled. Called customer service of booking.com they said please be on hold we are contacting property and giving u an update. We were ar the receiption of hotel but no one called at hotel. After some time of being on hold I cancelled the call as there was no response. I felt as if booking.com has some incentive fixed with the hotel.

Attitude of hotel staff. Stating that we booked hotel without paying advance. If we get cash customer we will sell property.
