Room not allocated, despite paying full amount in advance and receiving confirmation from booking.com and Oyo rooms. The point of taking money in advance is to avoid this kind of inconveniences while travelling. Any they are not refunding the full amount as well, for reasons unknown to normal people. Infact oyo rooms need to pay more for the inconveniences caused to the customer for their system failure, rather than snatching money from unfortunate customers.
