Tastefully decorated and ideally situated. Very responsive owner.

The property is spacious, exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location couldn’t be better as you are a moments walk from Front Street and the beach is not much further. The beds were very comfortable and we slept really well. The bathroom was clean and there was a large shower with a monsoon head. We had everything we needed and have had a wonderful little holiday. We will be back!

The property was immaculate and in a fantastic location, very clean and welcoming with comfortable beds. Communication with the property management team was excellent.

Home from home. Excellent location. Warm and cosy apartment with all amenities. Raymond is a great host and will answer any questions. Lots of places to eat and drink in village and surrounding area . A beautiful seaside village. The best way to see out the old year and into the new year for us. A dip in freezing cold North Sea on New Year’s Day then coffee on Tynemouth Front Street. We’ll be back.

Great location, great apartment set-up for 4 people, wide windows with a lot of light.

The bedding was not comfortable: the double bed mattress was moving with any move of one of us and we are not of big weight (60 and 70 Kg), same for the single bed where my 16 year old son (70 kg) felt the understructure through the mattress. Also, the bed sheets seem not to be of cotton so very uncomfortable. Note: the big dish washer cannot be used because only 5 big and 5 dessert plates. We ended up washing the dishes by hand to not run an empty dish washer. Also, it would be good to recover the battery of the hoover to be able to use it, especially when you have a dog. It is a pity because it is clear that BIG INVESTMENTS HAVE BEEN DONE IN THIS APARTMENT THAT LOOKS GREAT.

The apartment is just on the high street so it's convenient to access to shops, restaurants, and metro station. Also, it has everything we need for our stay. Let's not forget the cleanness which is spot on.

I think there was only one slight problem for me that the apartment had strong odour which seemed from the cleaning stuff or laudatory powder. It was a bit too strong for me personally.

Very high quality, thoroughly recommend. Host was excellent with communication and reassuringly available if needed.
