The property was spacious, well located, facilities were good and it was nicely decorated.

Cleanliness was slightly disappointing, in particular there were marks on bedding, bits missed in vacuum cleaning (crumbs and wrappers from previous guests) and mould by bathroom sink.

The location was excellent just round the corner from the high street with shops bars and restaurants was ideal. Very close to the metro station the beach. Perfect location. The property was very clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Just a little disappointed there was no coffee machine as advertised and the dishwasher didn’t work.

It was well located for both the town and the sea front. It was spacious and the decor was nice. Comfy beds.

Very new, clean, fresh but still welcoming. We'll be booking again.

The weather was the only tiny disappointment, we still found plenty to do locally and in Newcastle.

Great location, plenty of cafes and bars within easy walking distance.

Only thing to comment on was a dirty window in the lounge, otherwise everything was good.
