Broughton Place: Contemporary Apartments in Liverpool

The decor was lovely, I was here with my son and he felt very comfortable

Beautifully designed place, nice bright windows, some funky furniture and a super comfortable bed. The kitchen is really functional which we made a lovely breakfast in in the morning. A perfect stay for anyone visiting Liverpool.

Nothing! Not being in the city centre could be annoying for some but we used the voi scooters, the train and Ubers to get where we needed to go and it was perfect.

Exactly as described, super clean and great interior. The bed was really comfortable and we had everything we needed, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils to make our full English in the morning. The location was great, Cressington train station was a 2 min walk and we were in the city centre within 10 mins. There is a lovely wine bar at the end of the street- which we would recommend. We are back in liverpool next month so going to book again. Thanks to Graham and the team for a smooth check in and helping us sort the TV.

Nothing we loved it, but we didn’t realise there was a sofa bed in the living room, we could have brought along my niece if we had realised before hand.

Lovely cosy place to stay wherever you’re wanting a staycation or to go out exploring, easy access and very friendly help if needed

A couple of the utensils and dishes were still dirty from previous stay, a few broken things around the property we noticed as soon as we arrived but didn’t end up being sorted out during our stay. Maybe put a sofa in the loft area? As there was only a single sofa in the kitchen so we couldn’t all sit comfortably and watch the tv

Was a nice quiet location, nicely decorated apartment that warms up fast, has great cooking utensils. I liked that the door had a code so you don’t have to worry about losing keys.

Wasn’t happy with the bathroom, it was tiny with a flimsy sliding door that didn’t close properly. The sink was TINY with a shelf directly above it which made it impossible to use when brushing your teeth as you couldn’t fit your head over the sink due to the shelf.

It was clean and tidy also easy to find and in a good location

The sliding door idea on the bathroom does not work as there are gaps down the sides of the door which can be seen through and no lock.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed to enjoy a stay away from home. Staff were very helpful and were quick to support us with a small issue we had even though it was out of standard office hours. Excellent service and excellent apartment.

There was free parking on the road outside but it was a case of finding a space on the road as there was no reserved parking . Not a problem in itself but just something which was a minor inconvenience. We also had a slight problem with our internet but the staff were very efficient to offer us a back up connection which resolved the problem quickly.
