Close to the airport, very easily walkable. Still it’s quiet, the restaurant is good and the rooms are really nice

The air conditioner and the telephone where both out of order. We had requested a wake up call which we never got. Instead of knocking on the door, they just left us. Not great for traveller's needing to wake up at 4am!

Proximity to airport for an early morning flight. Shuttle service to airport complimentary.

Despite the cost, there were mosquitos in the room and no mosquito net. There was no way to warm the room via the AC controls. Breakfast included in the cost was provided but the order was incorrect, and due to early departure was carried to the airport, this i was unable to get it corrected, or to eat it. At early morning checkout to catch a flight, the staff was slow and did not know about packed breakfast order or payment details- it was stressful.

Staff were unprofessional. Not all staff. Bartender was on his phone and took my food order as there were no wait staff in sight. I ordered my meal (crumbed chicken burger) for room service at 19:33 PM. I was charged a tray fee of ZMW 40 for some unknown reason. At 20:58PM my food had still not been delivered to my room. After a long day of travelling, I was frustrated that a simple order had not been delivered for over an hour despite the restaurant only having about 5 patrons dining. When I went down to ask where the food was, I was told that someone would go and check on it. It was then brought to me while I waited at the bar. The food arrived cold with undercooked chicken and half cooked potato chips. No apologies, no refund, not attempt to rectify or remedy this simple request. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times due to it’s proximity to the airport but I’d rather pay more to receive better service.
