Proximity to the airport. Bar and reception seating had a pleasant ambiance. Good breakfast

Maybe it’s for security reasons but I did not appreciate the layout of rooms where it is visible for all to see you walk to your room. As a solo female traveler that was uncomfortable

The room had cockroaches and small milipedes in addition to smelly sewage

Didn’t eat - early departure

Took over 20 minutes to check in, - a property I have stayed at several times before - they should have it on file. I asked for a smoking room for my partner with my initial booking which they said they could give me and then when we arrived said they didn’t have one. I asked specifically for a particular wing of the hotel and the check in clerk simply ignored that so had to do it again and even after that didn’t manage to give me the area I asked for . It’s not difficult . The card machine had no paper so she couldn’t print me a receipt but I paid . On the morning when we left the checking clerk on duty thought we hadn’t paid and I didn’t have the receipt to show him. So lt payment wasn’t on the system. It’s unnecessary and embarrassing for both him and me.
