Fairview Boutique Apartments in West Bridgford Centre

The property was in excellent condition very clean and had everything you needed. Great location for Trent Bridge Parking was fine.

A hairdryer would be a good addition Although the bed was comfy the pillows were dreadful rock hard worst pillows I have ever come across. Unfortunately we did not get a good nights sleep on both nights we stayed there as you could here the noise coming from the apartment below.Music and loud conversations in the early hrs of the morning on both evenings.We were in apartment 28C.

Most things about the property. It felt classy.

Apartment was pleasant, full of light and quite comfortable, and in a good location

The management company they're in the apartment are hugely invasive have poor processes, a tremendous amount of governance and it takes longer to deal with them than it does to actually go on the vacation. I would avoid dealing with this company at all cost and on that basis sadly couldn't recommend staying at the apartment. I lost count how many emails I got before I arrived with more and more requests and then things got even worse when they started. Whatsapping me as well. And that went on all through the weekend. In the end I ended up blocking them on both channels. There is no parking as advertised at the apartment, the other apartment use the two spaces available and it's impossible to park there . The closest parking space was 700 metres up the road. One of the chairs in the bedroom was broken and the coffee machine constantly leaked water all over the side. If you want to stay for late checkout, the management company would only give you 1 hour and charge you £10 per hour for that!

Good location, close to shops and national Watersports centre. Comfortable and warm.

The homestay features a well-designed interior with all essential facilities provided. The space is cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with a pleasant ambience that enhances comfort. Overall, it offers an excellent stay experience and great value for money.

The stairs leading up to the unit were quite dirty, possibly because they are located near the trash area. It would be great if this could be cleaned more regularly to maintain the overall pleasant experience.

Decor, cleanliness, facilities

Next to a busy road junction. TV was fiddly to try and get past the PIN demand every time you turned it on.

It was beautifully decorated to a high standard with great facilities in the kitchen. It was very clean. The apartment was close to where we were visiting and near to a few shops and restaurants. If you like cricket, it would be perfect!

The property is in-fact on the second floor, which requires two flights of steps to access the front door. This wasn’t in any information and meant that as a disabled person, I struggled to access the apartment. The parking was only suitable for one car otherwise you’d block each other in and then it is limited street parking. The sofa bed mattress was about 2inches thick, so fortunately we took a blow up mattress as a precaution to put on top.
