-Quiet hours after 11PM. Breach of quiet hours will result in a fee -Strictly no stag or hen parties -Strictly NO smoking inside the property (Full deposit will be forfeited and additional fee will be incurred if signs of smoking have caused damage) -A list of rules for waste management will be provided upon access. If this was not followed, a fee will be charged -Standard Late Checkout Fee will be charged for approved late check-outs. -If a guest provides short notice for a late check-out or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed due to the guest's continued presence, a fee per hour will be incurred until departure, in addition to the cleaning fee. -The refundable damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure, minus £3 admin fee, upon a successful property inspection.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. "A hidden gem that could be perfect with a few tweaks!"

The interior has been beautifully designed and is nice & comfortable! It looks exactly like the pictures and feels quite luxurious! The kitchen and apartment as a whole was very well equipped which was great! The location is perfect to explore West Bridgford and also close enough to the City Centre! Bed super comfy. The apartment is more spacious than we were expecting too!

This is a great example of don’t judge a book by its cover! The stairs and area leading to the apartments are really grotty. The front door was grotty too, but once you’re in, it’s beautiful! The parking isn’t great and the mention of the yard on the booking confirmation is confusing when it’s not actually available for use. The apartment was 85% clean inside. Note the shower, toiled & shelf behind the kitchen sink could do with a spring clean.!

Lovely property on the edge of West Bridgford. All very comfy and efficient. The portal that everything is managed through has everything you need - albeit it takes a while to understand it at first

Very spacious apartment, especially bedrooms and living room. Bathroom has a luxurious feel to it, is roomy and the shower is great. Location is good, being on the main road with good bus links. Would not hesitate to recommend this property!

The sofa bed wasn't particularly comfortable, and a couple of windows need looking at, but there was nothing bad/anything that would stop us going back.

The decoration was nice and They had thought in all the details - they left tea/coffee, olive oil and salt etc.

-Lack of accessibility. It says there is an outside staircase. But it does not explain there is Teo staircases; one steep concrete one with no railing and a second metal one that is actually a fire escape. It’s very unsafe and difficult to access if you have any luggage to carry up/children or anyone with limited mobility it’s impossible.
