-Quiet hours after 11PM. Breach of quiet hours will result in a fee -Strictly no stag or hen parties -Strictly NO smoking inside the property (Full deposit will be forfeited and additional fee will be incurred if signs of smoking have caused damage) -A list of rules for waste management will be provided upon access. If this was not followed, a fee will be charged -Standard Late Checkout Fee will be charged for approved late check-outs. -If a guest provides short notice for a late check-out or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed due to the guest's continued presence, a fee per hour will be incurred until departure, in addition to the cleaning fee. -The refundable damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure, minus £3 admin fee, upon a successful property inspection.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. "Fabulous little Appartment that looks absolutely like the pictures!"

The Key handover was intended to be via codebox, but the facility manager happened to be on site and he was super nice and very accomodating.

Lovely apartment. Tastefully furnished and decorated beautifully. Well equipped.

Dire parking. Would have appreciated a more realistic description of available parking, we struggled. The grim entrance through the gate and the dirty staircases.

"Well furnished apartment"

Very helpful and efficient agents. Nice decoration and furnishings. Well equipped. Great VFM.

Apartment C was too small for 3 people and lacked blinds on some of windows. Radcliffe road location noisy from traffic

"Comfortable stay in a deluxe apartment."

Property is unprepossessing from the outside but actually lovely inside. Beautiful bathroom. Decent kitchen. Comfy beds, beautiful furnishings. I would stay again.

Faceless booking and administration system seems overburdened with steps and safeguards compared to AirBnB, and all done with absolutely zero charm. No sense of "welcome" on arrival. A pint of milk rather than tubes of "white" would be good to find and provide some sense of human touch. Strange random phone calls at inconvenient times seem very old-fashioned when email is already established as a viable comms route. Parking seems to require negotiation with upstairs neighbour (who is pleasant), and is not properly explained or signed.

"Great location and a really well present apartment!"

Great location and decorated to a high standard. Host provided towels and travel size soap/ shower gel which was a nice touch. Smelt great with nice diffusers in each room.

We couldn’t locate the duvet cover and fitted sheet to be able to use the duvet and sofa bed. Coffee and tea sachets provided but no travel milk pods. Private entrance via external fire escape staircase is great you need to my careful if travelling with a small child (like we were). Not deal breakers for us and we would 100% stay again!
